Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

Corn casserole is a popular dish in American cuisine that typically consists of a mixture of corn, eggs, milk, butter, and cornbread mix, baked together in a casserole dish until golden brown and slightly crispy on top. It is a creamy and savory side dish that can be served alongside a variety of main courses, such as chicken, turkey, or pork. Sometimes, additional ingredients like cheese, bacon, jalapenos, or onions may be added to give the dish more flavor and texture. Corn casserole is often enjoyed during holiday gatherings and potluck dinners, and it is a comforting and delicious way to enjoy sweet corn as a side dish.

  8. Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes before serving.
